Terms of service

Unless the item states that it is ready to ship, it will be made to order in 1-2 weeks, often less. If you require an item faster than that, please contact me.
Ready to ship items are sent the next business day

Your Privacy:
Your information (email, address etc) are only collected in order that I may process your order, and for tax purposes only. No information is shared in any way. Payment is via PayPal / Shopify Credit Card Portal, for your protection.

Returns :
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within 14 days of delivery, and ship items back within 21 days of delivery, in an unused, saleable condition. Goods are to be returned by tracked mail.
The buyer is responsible for the original shipping costs and the cost of the return postage.

Lost parcels:
If an order doesn't arrive with the buyer within 30 business days of sending, please contact me to make an arrangement.
