Safety Registration:
My business is registered with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Registration Number: 055855-062026. I only use OEKO-TEX Standard quality yarns, which comply with EU and US safety regulations. This ensures that all yarn, buttons and embellishments that I use are safe for your baby, and do not contain any toxins or other harmful materials. While I take care to ensure that embellishments are stitched tightly, please take care that babies do not choke on buttons, neckties, embellishments or ribbons. Footed pyjama style photo props and all bonnets are NOT suitable as sleepwear and are for use as a photography props, under supervision.
Caring for your Knitwear:
Please wash all handknit items gently, roll up in a towel and gently squeeze, do not wring or tumble dry, but lay flat to dry. Alpaca yarns and fuzzy yarns should not be rubbed during washing as this may cause the item to felt.
Some acrylic yarn items may be gently washed at 20 degrees, lay flat to dry.
Shipping:
Ready to ship Items: These goods will be dispatched the next business day. If you have ordered RTS and made-to-order outfits, they will be sent in one parcel, unless other arrangements have been made.
Made to order Items: Any goods not marked RTS/ Ready, will be made to order-- see the bright banner at the top of the page for the current time before shipping.
Custom orders: You are very welcome to customise your order.
Please note, however, that custom sizes, styles or colours that I do not normally sell are considered a personalisation and are not refundable.
UK shipping: Via Royal Mail Tracked.
International Shipping : Shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked mail. It takes on average 7-15 business days for orders to be delivered. Occasionally it may be longer due to customs control etc, please allow up to 5 weeks.
United States of America: Your Shipping cost includes Trade Tariffs between the UK-USA. (ie you should not have to pay additional fees once the parcel arrives in the USA).
The item will be shipped to the address given at the time of your purchase, unless you confirm a change of address, in writing, prior to shipping.
I cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond my control. ( e.g. strikes,pandemics, extreme weather, customs inspections, etc.)
Refunds & Returns:
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order, or would like to make a return.
- Returns are accepted, buyer pays the return shipping cost.
- Contact me within 14 days of delivery, and ship items back within 14 days after that, in an unused, saleable condition.
- Any customs duties or tariffs paid by the seller on your behalf, are not refundable.
- Refunds are processed as soon as the goods have been received by the seller, using the original payment method.
- International returns must be marked as 'RETURN' or it will incur additional customs fees.
- The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Customised styles, or colours that are not part of my standard range, or personalised orders .
Your Privacy / GDPR Data Protection:
Your information (email, address etc) are only collected in order that I may process your order, and for tax purposes only. No information is shared in any way. Payment is via PayPal / Shopify Credit Card Portal, for your protection.
