I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within 14 days of delivery, and ship items back within 21 days of delivery, in an unused, saleable condition.
Goods are to be returned by tracked mail
The buyer is responsible for the original shipping costs and the cost of the return postage.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Custom or personalised orders / Items on sale

Lost parcels:
All orders are sent with proof of shipping, but If an order doesn't arrive within 30 business days of sending (due to unforeseen circumstances), I will re-send a replacement, but this will happen one time only..
