This hat was packaged very well and came with instructions. The craftsmanship is flawless and delicate, and it’s really very attractive. It is SO soft. It was only for Hallowe’en (Mary had a Little Lamb), but I wanted my baby to have something breathable and soft, and this was perfect. My baby was only a month but grew so quickly, and I could have sized up, but the hat still fit adorably. In my opinion it is true to size.
